I offer warm, nonjudgmental support through all seasons of reproductive care, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, and everything in between. My approach is grounded, steady, and rooted in empathy. I meet you where you are with calm presence, clear guidance, and a deep respect for your experience.
I began working with families about 6 years ago and became a full-spectrum doula after witnessing how many people in my community were moving through these transitions without the support they deserved. I later created Mama Earth Haven to bring my work together in one place, offering doula care, childbirth education, newborn care support, sleep consulting, and placenta encapsulation.
I do this work because I believe people deserve to feel supported, informed, and cared for in a real way. Whether you are preparing for birth, healing from loss, or settling into life with your baby, I am here to support you with consistency, respect, and care so you do not have to move through it alone.
